Return Policy
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customer. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them.
To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our facility within 30 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your invoice). Exchanges must be received within 30 days. All return items are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
The following applies only to the original purchaser of products purchased directly from EZon Auto Tops by phone, email or web and is applicable to non-warranty, non-defective products that are clearly listed on your receipt of purchase.
Special orders and orders for non-standard color products cannot be modified, canceled, returned, or exchanged after order placement. (If you need help identifying the correct item prior to purchase, please call).
All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued by EZon Auto Tops. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to obtain an RMA number prior to returning a product. Any item returned without an RMA number may be rejected. Your RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.
To obtain an RMA number, contact EZon Auto Tops using the contact information below. Note that not all products are returnable.
Unused products must be folded carefully and returned in the original or EZON provided box, in the same way it was received. Special attention must be given to products with plastic windows. Protect both sides of the window with tissue, and fold without creasing the window.
Glass windows must be carefully packed with bubble wrap and returned in the original or EZON provided box to avoid breakage.
All fasteners, parts, and other hardware must be returned with our product.
All returned products are inspected before any credit is issued and are subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge.
Any item that we’ve sold fewer than 8 of within 12 months of the return request are not eligible for return.
EZON will not accept the return of items without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, or items shipped to us Collect.
Shipping labels are not offered for customer returns.
